Welcome to the Health Benefits of Superfoods.


You will see a couple references next to each ingredient, one being (Elemental Taste), & the other being (Energy).

(Elemental Taste) refers to the (Elemental Taste) of each ingredient, as (Energy) relates to the the (Energy) each ingredient has on the body. For example, Cacao is Bitter in Taste and Heating in Energy.

We combine & balance all of the (Elemental Tastes) together which offers the customer a balanced food following ancient food combining techniques used for thousands of years.

We hope this page gives you a deeper understanding of how we combine all the superfoods and specialty ingredients in our recipes, and why.

Acai Berry
ACAI BERRY

GOJI BERRIES

CACAO (Raw Chocolate)
Elemental Taste-(Bitter, Astringent) Raw Cacao is the ancient superfood that all raw chocolate is made from. It has a high ORAC antioxidant rating and is a source of naturally occurring iron. Raw cacao also contains naturally occurring chemicals related to Love & Bliss.*
